SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Shipping Times We partner with top-tier logistics channels to ship directly to your door. Estimated delivery times depend on where the product is stocked:
- US Warehouse Products: Delivered in 2 to 5 business days after processing.
- Overseas Warehouse Products: Delivered in 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order. Transit times may be extended during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs for your order are calculated based on item weight and applied at checkout:

4. Order Tracking & Split Shipments
- Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Multiple Packages: Because items in your order may ship from different warehouse locations, items in the same purchase may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers.
5. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO military bases, and U.S. Territories. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options at this time.
